Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (Standard Chartered HK) has officially opened a new Wealth Management Centre at One International Finance Centre, adding to its strategic focus on affluent and cross-border clients in one of Asia’s most important financial hubs.
The One IFC location is the bank’s sixth Wealth Management Centre in Hong Kong and adds to its existing network at Exchange Square in Central, K11 Atelier and One Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui, Lee Garden in Causeway Bay, and Pacific Place in Admiralty. The expansion looks to further strengthen Standard Chartered Hong Kong’s footprint in the affluent banking segment.
Mary Huen, CEO of Hong Kong and Greater China & North Asia at Standard Chartered, said the new centre reflects the bank’s long-term commitment to Hong Kong as a premier wealth management hub.

Standard Chartered is committed to being a trusted wealth manager for affluent clients,” she said. “Driven by strong demand from affluent customers, our Wealth and Retail Banking business recorded robust growth in the first three quarters last year. The opening of our sixth Wealth Management Centre underscores our sharper strategic focus on serving affluent and cross-border banking needs.”
Stephen Man, who is the Head of Wealth and Retail Banking at Standard Chartered Hong Kong, said the new centre will enhance the bank’s ability to serve clients seeking global investment and cross-border solutions.
“With rising demand for wealth management services, we are pleased to open our second Wealth Management Centre in Central,” Man said. “This strengthens our one-stop offering for cross-border banking and international investments, while supporting clients with wealth planning, legacy solutions, and long-term wealth accumulation.”
He added that Standard Chartered HK will continue to enhance its digital capabilities to support clients throughout different stages of their wealth journey.
Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, the One IFC Wealth Management Centre is located in the heart of Central, with direct access to premium hotels, the Airport Express, and luxury retail destinations. The centre offers panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and features 14 private meeting rooms, including family-friendly rooms designed for clients visiting with children.
The launch highlights Standard Chartered’s continued investment in Hong Kong’s wealth management ecosystem as competition intensifies among global banks targeting the region’s growing affluent and high-net-worth population.
